1. DISPATCH & PROCESSING

At PH Organic Foods, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped promptly.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Deliveries to remote areas or special zones may take additional time.
  • We partner with trusted courier services including DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and others to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes, subject to courier coverage.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders are shipped via reputed global logistics providers to ensure safety and timely delivery.
  • Standard international delivery timeline: 7–21 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local postal restrictions.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.
  • From time to time, PH Organic Foods may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is not successful due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, the order will be marked as “Returned to Origin.”
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or through your PH Organic Foods account dashboard.


7. SHIPPING ISSUES & CLAIMS

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our support team at phconsumers@gmail.com with your order ID.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
