1. RETURNS POLICY

At PH Organic Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (organic groceries, herbs, supplements, oils, and related items), we maintain a strict no-return policy.

We do not accept product returns once the package has been opened, used, or delivered in good condition.

Exceptions – Eligible for Replacement

A product may be replaced only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect item that differs from your order.

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • Provide clear unboxing photos and/or video as proof.
  • Retain the original packaging until your request is verified.

Replacements are subject to inspection and approval by PH Organic Foods. The final decision will rest solely with our quality and support team.


2. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only under exceptional conditions, such as:

  • Product found to be defective or damaged and replacement not possible.
  • Order canceled by PH Organic Foods due to stock unavailability or dispatch issues.

Refunds, if approved, will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike.
  • Opened, used, or tampered packages.
  • Delays caused by courier or customs processing.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once an order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • In case PH Organic Foods cancels an order (e.g., stock shortage, incorrect pricing, or payment issue), a full refund will be initiated automatically.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be issued for customs delays, rejection by destination authorities, or refusal to pay duties.
