- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders and regions.
7. SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Average delivery time within India: 3–7 working days.
- International shipping is available. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and courier partner efficiency.
- Shipping partners include DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and other reputed logistics providers.
- PH Organic Foods reserves the right to change courier partners to ensure optimal service and rates.
8. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
- Replacement is available only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with unboxing photos/video proof.
- The decision to replace or refund a product rests solely with PH Organic Foods after verification.
9. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch.
- In rare cases of stock unavailability or order cancellation by PH Organic Foods, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
